The Javera Group collaborates with traditional economic analysts to gather feedback and qualitative data from the people most impacted by urban planning. Through interactive workshops, as well as more traditional focus groups and interviews, we analyze the underlying dynamics, the shared understandings and the priorities from broad cross sections of the community. This kind of research is invaluable to the planning process; it helps leaders avoid pitfalls and better navigate challenges, ultimately creating better, more sustainable plans.
